Terms and Conditions of the Web Store

I have put together some answers to common questions that may arise during or after an order in the Arabic for Nerds store. If you have further questions, feel free to contact me.


Delivery

When will I get my order?

For physical products: Usually, it takes 3โ€“7 days to fulfill an order, after which itโ€™s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3โ€“4 business days
  • Europe: 6โ€“8 business days
  • Australia: 2โ€“14 business days
  • Japan: 4โ€“8 business days
  • International: 10โ€“20 business days

For digital products: Digital products are available for immediate download after payment. You can download the product up to 3 times.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still donโ€™t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasnโ€™t left at the post office or at your neighborโ€™s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Orders

How are your products made?

We use the company Printful, which has product fulfillment centers that print and ship the items to you directly. Print on Demand is a retail fulfillment method for printing products on demand, only after the customer buys them. This way a client can buy products in our shop and the order goes directly to the print provider which ships the product with your design and branding.

How do I track my order?

Youโ€™ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected].

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Weโ€™re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weekโ€™s time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. Weโ€™ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

Whatโ€™s your return policy?

We donโ€™t offer returns and exchanges for physical products, but if thereโ€™s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected].

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

For digital products: We do not offer returns or refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded. If you encounter any issues with the digital product, please contact us at [email protected].

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we donโ€™t offer exchanges. If youโ€™re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing chartsโ€”we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, itโ€™s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If thatโ€™s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and weโ€™ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

In case of: Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility of Printful. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

In case of: Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printfulโ€™s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and weโ€™ll sort that out for you.

No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that came in, and we will not have extras.

For digital products: Refunds are not available for digital products once they have been downloaded. If you experience any technical issues or receive the wrong digital product, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the issue, and we will assist you.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Paypal, Klarna, and all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payment is handled by Stripe.

Do I need to pay taxes (VAT tax)?

The prices already include the VAT at a rate of 19%. However, please note that for orders with a shipping address in Germany, the VAT will be added separately.
